This unpretentious establishment seemingly has little to offer except for good food and friendly service. Located just outside of Conway on US-701 this log structure cut back in a grove of trees sits with a single red door and a narrow window with an “open” sign. Blink and you will miss it. Inside is a bare cement floor, open beamed ceiling and seating for about 30 on rows of folding tables covered with oilcloths and slat back chairs. Reservations are required and cash only. We arrived Tuesday for dinner and found the place relatively quiet with only two other tables in use and after a bit they to emptied and we were alone. Drinks and homemade hush puppies were soon brought to our table. These were larger hush puppies with a cornmeal taste and texture with onions. Different from other hush puppies we have had but good. We ordered the Fruit of the Sea seafood platter with a choice of potato, coleslaw, flounder, shrimp, scallops, oysters and deviled crab still in the half shell. Seafood comes fried or for an extra cost broiled, which we choice. Food took approximately 45 minutes with every single item made from scratch and tasting delicious. Large portion fed two of us with an ample serving of everything lightly seasoned and flavorful. Flounder filets were flaky, deviled crab creamy, shrimp and scallops broiled to perfection. Not big on oysters but they were doable, love the slaw and their homemade fries were thicker, soft chips. Our server was friendly and kept our drinks refilled. Living only a mile down the road this fish camp will certainly be our go to place for visiting family and friends.

A step back in time this place is lovely. A gem . My son and I enjoyed every bite. TEXT TO EAT HERE. (Photo for reference) we had one guy there running the whole place when we went. He was nice and efficient. I loooooved my soup. Just like grandma use to make. We got lucky when we walked in and didnt know it was a call ahead spot. The other people just sat down so we were a pain but a small 2 top and he said come on in. Im so glad he let us. It is CASH ONLY.

My Daughter and went here for an early dinner at 4pm before our flight home. We were the only ones there till 4.30. Tried the oyster stew. Very simple cream broth with full size oysters. It was really good.. You get his homemade hush puppies which are very savory, not sweet.I thought they were excellent! I got the oyster plate and my daughter got the catfish. We both agreed it was the best fried seafood we have ever had and portions were very generous. We are from Boston so we have had lots of great seafood but this place is better! Funky atmosphere..My daughter thought it looked like a movie set.. I thought it was a great memorable experience. Going back in a couple of weeks!

We went to Luvans this evening and it was amazing! My husband got the salmon entree and I got the seafood platter. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the hush puppies, fried scallops, and the fried shrimp. My husband’s salmon was way bigger than we expected and the rice was cooked perfectly. Come with an appetite, you’ll need it! The restaurant itself is cozy and eclectic. The owner does everything and is very pleasant. Our total time in the restaurant was just under an hour. We will be back to visit again, soon!

You'll find delicious hometown cooking here without breaking the bank. The restaurant features an impressive selection of seasonal fish dishes and quality meats. There's a fantastic senior menu for those 60+ yrs. I personally had the grilled salmon with little potatoes as it was cooked to perfection. Make sure you leave room for dessert as the million dollar pie was delicious! Be sure to make a reservation if you plan to go, and remember they only accept cash.

I haven't had flounder in forever, thank you for bringing back my childhood memories. Your seafood platter was delicious. You helped me make a wonderful memory with my significant other and family.
